I. Payment methods

Panilino offers you several ways to pay for the products, as follows:

1. Cash payment.

Pay at the receipt of the goods, without any adjoining instructions.

2. Payment by bank card.

Accepted credit card payments are: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro. Purchases in the online store can be paid via mobile terminal at the time of delivery.

3. Online bank card payment.

Purchases in the online store can be paid directly on the site. You will be automatically directed to the secure page, where you will enter your card details to make the payment. Cards issued under the VISA, MasterCard and Maestro logos are accepted. There is no additional charge for such payments. The transactions are carried out in Lei, at the exchange rate of the card issuing bank, if it is associated with an account in a currency other than LEI (MDL). Panilino does not keep any details about the card.

Attention!!!

  1. For mass-produced products (biscuits, cakes, cakes, pies, rolls, puff pastry, bakery items) payment is made in full, using one of the payment methods listed above.
  2. For custom-made products, payment shall be made in advance, in proportion of 50% of the total amount of the order, using one of the payment methods specified above. The remaining amount will be paid upon receipt of the products.
  3. Issuance of the fiscal invoice is mandatory. Based on the decision of  the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 155 art. IV, p. 47 of 08.04.2015, In e-commerce, with cash payment and / or other payment instrument, the issuance of the fiscal invoice is mandatory.

 

II. How do I order?

Orders to C.S. „Panilino” L.L.C.. can be placed in the following ways:

  • Uzinelor Street, 17/2, Chisinau City, ShowRoom Panilino;
  • Online directly on www.panilino.md;
  • By phone (+373) 7 98 59 777 (Viber and WhatsUp);
  • By chatting on the page www.panilino.md.
     

1. Orders of mass-produced products:

  • Mass-produced products, such as: biscuits, cakes, cakes, pies, rolls are placed at least 1 day before, using the methods listed above./li>
  • Mass-produced product prices are assigned to each product, and this may vary depending on the weight you choose to purchase.
  • All prices displayed on the website are specified in Moldovan LEI (MDL).
     

2. Order products to order:

  • For custom-made cream cakes, the order is submitted 1-5 days in advance.
  • For custom-made sugar paste cakes, the order is submitted 5-7 days in advance.
  • For pies or rolls, the order is submitted 2-3 days in advance.
  • Order for the Candy bar are submitted 5-7 days in advance.
  • For orders placed in an emergency (for orders that need to be placed on the same day or for orders needed to be placed for the next day), a fee of 20% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • For orders that are submitted 5-7 days in advance, if the Buyer wants to cancel the order, then he can do so within 2 days (48 hours) of signing the Contract. The Seller will withhold 10% of the total value of the order and refund to the Buyer 90% of the total value of the order, only after the Buyer presents the check / invoice.
  • If the Buyer requests the cancellation of the order, after the expiration of the term of 2 days (48 hours) from the signing of this Contract, then the Seller will retain the full advance and will not refund it to the Buyer.
  • For orders that are submitted 5-7 days in advance, the Buyer, within 2 days (48 hours) from the signing of this contract may submit requests for modification, weight, processing, quantity of the ordered product, with the completion of an Additional Agreement to The basic contract.
  • Any change requested by the Buyer after the expiration of the 2-day period (48 hours), cannot guarantee that the changes will be made in full. For the requested changes, the Seller may charge an additional fee.
  • If the Buyer wishes to independently bring decorative elements for the cake, he will ensure the delivery of the elements to the Seller by countersigning the Delivery-Receipt Act.
  • The Seller does not bear any responsibility for the quality of the decorative elements brought by the Buyer.
  • If the Buyer wishes to decorate the order with fresh flowers, then they will be brought by the Buyer under his sole responsibility. The buyer being aware that fresh flowers are not food intended for consumption, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other types of contaminants.
  • Products may contain or come in contact with milk, cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats), eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, starch, seeds and other allergens.
  • Depending on the type of decoration, the products may contain pieces of pips, walnut shells, toothpicks, wires, etc.
  • The ordered product may contain synthetic dyes if it has brightly colored ornaments (eg. red, light blue, brown, black, dark green, etc.), which may cause allergic reactions to people suffering from food allergies, may color skin, causes side effects such as asthma, insomnia, aggressive behavior, hyperactivity, etc.
  • The buyer is obliged to inform his guests about the possible presence of risks of the presence of foreign bodies in the product, as well as about the presence of allergic substances.
  • The Seller owns and retains the copyright on the created product, with the right to place the image of the product for promotional purposes, without the consent of the Buyer.
  • The prices of custom products vary depending on the type of product, quantity, as well as whipped cream decoration or sugar paste decoration.
  • All prices displayed on the site are specified in Moldovan LEI (MDL).
     

3. Order confirmation:

When an order is placed on the website, an e-mail is received that automatically announces the placement of the order and the fact that it will be processed.

The order confirmation schedule is: Monday-Saturday: 08.00-20.00.

4. Exchange and return of goods

  • Due to the specificity of confectionery and pastry, they cannot be returned if they meet the requirements and quality standards.
  • When purchasing products, the buyer must check the integrity of the food packaging and the visual appearance of the products. Once the product has been accepted at the time of delivery, the Buyer cannot make any claims regarding its appearance.
  • In case of detection of manufacturing defects, hidden defects, delivery errors The buyer can request the replacement of the product or the return of their value.
  • Picking up from the store
  • If you are always in a hurry and do not dissuade from a stable place where you can receive the submitted order, you have the possibility to pick it up personally from Uzinelor Street 17/2, Chisinău City, ShowRoom Panilino.
  • The Panilino ShowRoom, mun.
  • The order can be picked up, Monday-Saturday: 08.00-20.00.
  • Introduce yourself to ShowRoom, communicate the order number to the sales manager and he will ensure the release of the order.
  • Upon receipt of the order by the Buyer, the Seller offers him all the documents accompanying the products (tax invoice, check and certificate of conformity). The tax invoice is signed by the representatives of both parties.
  • Upon receipt of the ordered products you are obliged to visually check the order, in order to confirm its correspondence with the submitted one.
  • Upon acceptance of the ordered product the right of ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage of the product is transmitted to the Buyer.
  • Upon delivery of the order to the Buyer, the Seller no longer bears any responsibility for the physical damage of the product, and the ordered product becomes the property of the Buyer, with all consequences.
  • Upon receipt of the ordered product, the Buyer is fully responsible for ensuring the optimal conditions for physical storage of the products, as well as creating the conditions of temperature and humidity.
     

5.     Complaints and sanctions

  • Complaints regarding the quality of products are submitted within 24 hours, after receiving the order by the Buyer, and only with the mandatory presentation of the Expert Report, prepared by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova. Quality claims, submitted after the expiration of the product's validity period, are not accepted by the Seller.
  • Complaints regarding the physical appearance of the ordered product may not be submitted by the Buyer, once the product has been accepted.
  • If you believe that your consumer rights have been infringed by S.C. „Panilino” S.R.L., You can contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance, consumator.gov.md or at no. by phone: (022) 51 51 51.
     

III. Delivery

1. Delivery through Chisinau

Shop comfortably. If you do not want to lift weights or do not have time to pick up our order from ShowRoom, Panilino delivers any product directly to your doorstep.

For mass-produced products:

For custom-made products:

Delivery time According to the date specified in the order contract.

DELIVERY SERVICE OBLIGATIONS:

1. Calling the customer one hour before delivering the order or a short message in case of no response.

2. Delivery of orders within the deadline and at the address indicated in the order (to the front door of the apartment, or to the fence of a private house).

3. Presentation of the documents of conformity of the goods and the fiscal invoice, the payment receipts.

The BUYER is obliged:

1. Check the address, telephone numbers and name indicated in the order.

2. Be present at the place of delivery with the phone open at the set time.

3. Confirm the order, if appropriate.
